Dietary Inclusion Protocol

There are a number of Elimination Dietary Protocols on the internet the simple search query of elimination of dietary protocol and the term pdf will give you. However, I found that starting simple and building up was the quickest and easiest way to get started. One which prevented guesswork. By no means am I suggesting you disregard the FDA recommended daily allowances?

What I am suggesting is that if you are allergic to something is you might wish to avoid it. I treated my body as if I were an infant trying new foods for the first time. I broke my diet down to one (1) meat, one (1) vegetable, one (1) veggie and a decaf drink. No seasonings, no sweeteners just the plain meal with salt and pepper. After two weeks I started adding one item at a time and understand flour is an item, garlic is an item, bleach sugar is processed, pop tarts are processed, bleached flour is as well processed.

The idea here is to limit the chemical content in our foods, eating whole natural foods and product as close to the natural state as possible.
